My favourite workout moves (for women)

Hey guys, I like to workout time to time and I found my favourite moves that really do the trick and are not so hard. First, I'd like to say, that if you want to start workouting routine, you should read something about it. Workouts are useless if you don't follow the right lifestyle. I mean the right lifestyle is combination of good eating manners, lots of activity - sporting, hiking, running, skiing, not drinking alcohol, not smoking, etc...
It is hard to follow the right lifestyle all the time, but the reward is worth it.
So study, learn your suitable lifestyle and here some of my favourite workout moves by which you can be inspired.

Bubble butt workout move- this is my favourite of all. It really works and after a few days, you can feel your butt shaping :D No squats needed !!:D






Back workout move- this move is great for those, who sit too much and have trouble with backache, you can combine it with crunches
 !use light dumbbells only, or the effect will be opposite!




Abs workout move 1 - easier than crunches









Abs workout move 2 - this ones cool ;)









Abs workout move 3 - this one is kinda heavy, but does all the trick, because you use more muscles.








Breast workout move - this is move is easy, if you don't have dumbshells you can use bottles filled with with water. 2 light bottles and 2 heavier bottles for second session.






All these moves can make your body stronger. But you need to make your body stronger inside too. So consider it and eat different,or just try it, once, you'll gonna like it ;)
